Introduction: Biscuit Cake Recipe
This week I bring you something that has been part of my life since the very beginning: Biscuit cake (or in Portuguese, Bolo de Bolacha)
And it is undoubtedly my longtime favorite cake!
It doesn't need to go to the oven. When you finish you just have to let it a couple of hours in the fridge.

- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 200g plain biscuits
- 3 eggs (1 egg white and 3 egg yolks)
- 4 tablespoons of coffee
Make the butter cream, deep the biscuits in the coffee and start making the layers! Super easy and super delicious!
