Introduction: Clean Your Headlights!

I saw some Instructables about cleaning headlights with baking soda. However, I never remembered while I was at home, so I decided to try something else at the shop. The hand cleaner I use works fantastic at getting just about anything out of your hands so I figured I would give it a try on my headlights. The cleaner has small particles in it that are slightly abrasive. However, I wasn't too worried about this since my headlights couldn't really get any worse.

Step 1: Apply and Scrub

Apply the hand cleaner to a paper towels or a shop rag and use a circular motion to scrub the headlight. You can let it stand for a little while if you want, or even apply a second round.

Step 2: Clean It Up!

You some glass cleaner and paper towels or shop rags to clean off the hand cleaner residue.

Step 3: Done!

Clean up your work area and drive safe!
