I made this Car using recycling materials like Bottle caps , Ice Cream sticks etc. Interesting thing about this Car is its powered by Smartphone. No need for a battery. Just plugin your Smartphone with OTG support and you are good to go :)

Step 1: Materials and Tools Required

I used these Items to make this

1) Plastic Bottle Caps - Used as wheels

2) Popsicle or ice cream Sticks

3) Bamboo Skewer & Plastic Straws

4) Wire, OTG Cable and a Switch

5) 2 Motors from Old DVD player or eBay

Tools I used

1) Glue Gun

2) Soldering Machine

3) Drill machine to drill holes in Bottle caps. (Can be done with a knife or Scissors)

4) Tape

Step 2: Assembly

I used hot glue to join motors to 2 rear wheels which powered the Car. Burns!! as this is a Rear wheel drive.

Then put some Hot Glue on the side of Motors to attach Popsicle sticks, which is a part of body frame.

For front wheel, I connected them using a bamboo skewer stick, as front wheels are not powered.

Again I used Popsicle sticks to join the front wheels and rear ones, hence completing the Chassis.

Step 3: Wiring

I first made a mistake of connecting both the positives and Negatives of the motor together, which resulted in powering motors in opposite directions.

Then I corrected the polarity to run each motor in the front direction of the Car.

I put some Hot glue and attached the switch to the body on side.

After some soldering the wiring process was complete.
