Introduction: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
These super easy peanut butter cookies are gluten free, dairy free, and taste great! They have only three ingredients, and are fun to make with your kids. Try them out, and let me know what you think!
Step 1: Ingredients
1 Cup creamy peanut butter ( I like Jif)
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
Step 2: Getting Ready
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3: Mix and Make
Mix the three ingredients together in the bowl, and mix until smooth.
Step 4: Scoop and Criss-cross
Scoop dough into 1 inch balls, and place on an un-greased baking sheet. Use a fork to make a criss-cross pattern on the cookie. This is very important, otherwise you end up with balls of peanut butter.
Step 5: Bake Em Up!
Bake the cookies on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Then let them cool before removing the cookies from the pan. Failure to do so will result in crumbs and deliciousness.
