Step 3: Method (step 2 Melting the Butter)

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit/ gas mark 3/ 170 degrees Celsius/ 150 degrees fan assisted.
Melt butter in a mixing bowl. Allow it to cool slightly.
Add brown sugar and granulated sugar and stir until combined. Split this mixture in half into two bowls. Into one bowl add half of the melted butter and the other half of the butter into the other bowl.
Whisk together the egg, egg yolk, and 1tsp vanilla. Add half of this to each bowl.
Into bowl number 1 add another teaspoon of vanilla.

Step 4: Method (step 3 Mixing the Dough)

Mix together the baking soda and flour split this mixture in half. Sieve one half into bowl 1.
Add 3 tbsp cocoa powder into the rest of the flour mix sieve this into bowl number 2.
Add the white choc chunk and Honeycomb mix to the chocolate dough.
Add the milk choc chunk and Honeycomb mix to the vanilla dough.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Using a circular cutter spoon a tablespoon of each mix inside. Remove the cutter and flatten the cookie with the back of a spoon. Leave plenty of space between the cookies as they will spread.
Bake for 14-18 mins leave to cool.
