This lamp is very easy to make.
Just follow the steps.

Step 1: Material

These small LEDs can buy on eBay.
Blue circle serves as a mounting base for a lamp.
The green wire is the carrier of LEDs.
For this job you need about 10 minutes

Step 2: How to Make a Lamp

First you need to roll the wire as in the screenshot.
Subsequently on one end of the wire put a small LED.

And paste them on the wire.

Plus (+) and minus (-) of the LED diode connected to a wire, which will be after the merge of the 9v battery or 3V. When done, tape the other end of the wire to the blue circle, or something else that can be the base for a lamp.
