This is a child's costume for a child. Adult sizes can be made with a simple adjustment in your cuts.

Step 1: Step 1 - the Materials

Simple materials really....duck tape and poster board.

Step 2: Forming the Pieces

what you see above is the leg pieces followed by the wrist cuffs and mask and finally the chest piece.

I can't take credit for this because it was my girlfriend that made it. She started out cutting 3 strips of egual width and length. the first 2 being the chest and groin, the third being cut and formed into the smaller pieces.

She then lined all the pieces with yellow duck tape (this helps hold the form) and then trimmed the edges and significant lines with black duck tape.

Step 3: Piecing It Together

Once you have them lined out, all you have left is the mask. We took an old transformers mask and just cut the top half off and them painted it. We just put the mask over a black toboggan. after that its just a matter of getting the costume on.
