Restoring a Garden

I'm going to be a little different, instead of showing you some lovely snapshots of a perfect garden, I'm going to show you how this garden has blossomed into a garden paradise by the sea.

When my family moved into this house in 2000, I wouldn't call the garden a garden but rather a junk yard as the pictures show.

With a whole decade of work and many days of my teenage years spent helping my father turn this junkyard into something special that I wouldn't personally give away with ease.

2001            Previous residents cast off their boat & Balcony restored
2002            Part of main shed deconstructed & Conservatory Built
2003            At 13 I single handedly dug the base for the pool & Pond made
2004            Old Shed Demolished
2005            New Shed Build from January, completed in July
2006            New Grass in some areas due to grass virus
2007            Breeze house Built
2008            Garage Constructed
2009            General Gardening & New Fencing
2010            Old Pool Rusts away, new shed built
2011            Old Pond replaced & New slipway built

Everything from the poppies was taken this year, as well as the ones labeled.
The poppys appeared out of nowhere along with the potatoes I dug whilst make the pool.
We've got apples, pears and walnuts growing too! We even had grapes growing though the concrete floor of out house!
