Solar Powered Water Disteller/Filter

• Required:
  
  • 2 - 500ml bottles
  • Glue gun
  • 2.0 mm Drill
  • Drill machine
  • PVC pipe

Step 1: Glue the Bottle Caps Together With the Glue Gun.

Step 2: Drill Between the Caps to Make a 2.0 Mm Diametered Hole

Step 3: Glue the Pipe With One of the Caps From Inside

Step 4: Success!

Put dirty water in one of the bottles and put the cap without the pipe.

Keep in sunlight for a while and water will collect in the upper bottle.

Dirt is left behind.

what a brilliantly simple idea! I’m going to try it. Though it remains to see if November in UK will be warm enough to drive it. And you have a small typo. 2.0mm versus 20mm.
