Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Pops!

Seriously cheesecake on a stick. So good.

Step 1: Get:

You will need:

2 oz cream cheese
2 oz sour cream

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/3 cup whipped topping

strawberries

3 oz paper cups

popsicle sticks

Step 2: Do:

Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream,
sugar and lemon juice...

mix until smooth.

Then stir in the whipped topping.

Step 3: Then:

Next add a few sliced strawberries to 3 oz paper cups.

(I only ended up using 5 cups)

Fill with cream cheese mixture and more strawberries.

You could even just blend them together!

Add in some popsicle sticks!

Crush up a graham cracker and sprinkle on top of the cheesecake.

Press it down into the cream cheese with your finger or back of spoon.

Step 4: Eat:

Freeze overnight. Remove paper cup wrapper and enjoy!

Because it's practically a cheese cake stuffed on a stick...it doesn't
melt fast and is a wonderful frozen treat! :)
