Twinkie Chicks!

With Easter coming up, I wanted to make a cute little gift to give out to my family, so I came up with these cute Chicks that are Twinkies. 
I started out with a box of Twinkies.  I took the box and trimmed it down and removed the lid.  Then, it was primered and painted brown.  Once that dried, the words were handpainted in white paint by my hubby and then the box was glued together to look like a makeshift child's box for the Twinkies to be in.  (The word is spelled wrong on purpose)

For the Twinkies, I used the Cricut Electronic Cutter Machine and the Create a Critter Cartridge to make the heads and the eggs.  I hot glued these to the Twinkies and hot glued feathers to the sides for the arms.

These were really quick and easy to make, but I think they will be a big hit on Easter. :)
