Using BlueSwarf Analytics

The Tooling Cloud captures a large amount of data that can be analyzed using our Excel templates.

Step 1: Download Templates

Download Analytics Excel templates from the BlueSwarf support site. Enter “Analytics” in the search box. There are two choices of templates. One is for shop-wide analytics and the other is for single machine analytics. If you are doing a single machine skip ahead to Step 13.

Step 2: Click “Audit Log” Under the Admin Menu

Step 3: Click the “Vending History" Tab

Step 4: Scroll to the Bottom of the Page and Click on “Download CSV”

Step 5: Click Save

Step 6: Click Yes

Step 7: If This Security Warning Appears in Your Version of Excel, Click the Enable Content Button

Step 8: Click on the “Data” Tab

Step 9: Click “Refresh All”

Step 10: Click “Refresh All” in the Drop Down Menu

Step 11: Select the “datadownload.csv” File

Step 12: Click “Open”

Step 13: Using the Template

Follow the instructions on the right side of each worksheet. Enter or select data in the yellow highlighted fields. Save the and archive the Excel files by date.

Step 14: Click on the Machine You Want to Analyze

Step 15: Click on “Vending”

Step 16: Click on “Download CSV”

Step 17: Click Save

Step 18: Click Yes

Step 19: If This Security Warning Appears in Your Version of Excel, Click the Enable Content Button

Step 20: Click on the “Data” Tab

Step 21: Click “Refresh All”

Step 22: Click “Refresh All” in the Drop Down Menu

Step 23: Select the “datadownload.csv” File

Step 24: Click “Open”

Step 25: Using the Templates

Follow the instructions on the right side of each worksheet. Enter or select data in the yellow highlighted fields. Save the and archive the Excel files by date.
