Everyone has leftover biscuits from time to time. Here's what I like to make with mine.
For this recipe you will need: One leftover biscuit Two slices of your favorite cheese A small amount of margarine
Using sharp knife, cut biscuit in half and place on plate.
Using butter knife, spread butter over both outer sides of biscuit.
Place both slices of cheese between biscuit halves and assemble "biscwich".
Grill "biscwich" in small skillet on med high a few minutes on each side (until both sides of biscuit are golden brown...careful not to burn!).
