Introduction: Wooden Planter Box

This Box can be used for a variety of plants and is simple to build.

Step 1: Materials

You will need these pieces: 2 1x8x8, 2 1x8x16, and 1 or 2 1x8x6 (These are the dividers for the planter box). I recommend using pine since it is a medium weight wood and it is soft, strong, and elastic. You will need 1/4 inch screws that are 1 and a 1/2 inches long.

Step 2: Screw Together Pieces

It is important to drill pilot holes into the corners before you screw the box together. The way that you screw it together may vary, but the way that I did it was screwing the 4 corners on the end pieces and the 4 corners on the bottom

Step 3: You Are Done

Once you have everything together you can sand off the uneven edges and you can insert the extra panels for the different section of the box.
