Introduction: Floating Lamp Really Cool Only Cost Me 5 Bucks

im goin to teach you to make an easy lamp that appears to float from the wall and is super easy to make all you need is one of those compact flourescent bulbs hot glue cardboard a cat play cube that they can go in and out of ( i got this from walgreens for 3 dollars) and 2 or more thumbtacks and a corner.

Step 1: Step 2

now what your gonna do is your gonna hot glue the mechanics for the lightbulb on to a piece of cardboard bigger than the hole in the cat toy thing.

Step 2: Step 3

now slip the cardboard with the mechanics into the hole. you should go at an angle ( makes it really easy to do).

Step 3: Step 4

now you take your thumb tacks and poke them throught the cube thing into the wall. put at least 2 so its secure. or how many is desired

Step 4: Step 5

now you half to plug it in. _

Step 5: TAAAA DAAAA

it reallly is cool and does look like its floating so enjoy and remember dont leave it on to long. o and im not responcible for burned houses or injuries
