We did not start the process of feeding the digester with raw material, its at a very initial stage actually. So we attached these guides (which would help the system move within the pipes), the guides could hold only for 2 days - and they were fixed with M-seal, and the inner drum fell.Which adhesive do you advise so that it doesn't break off?
I think you didn't understand my query clearly. We didn't start feeding the digester yet, it is still in the construction phase. I can write to you the details properly if you can send me an email to: email@example.com
Why to keep the gas outlet valve open? I mean the inner drum collapsed due to the guide attached to it couldn't hold after 2 days, may be due to bad adhesive. Can we interact on email if possible? Here it's quite difficult to open always. Kindly reply on ankit @ the ant.org
Please check my recent comment on your thread on 29th December and reply asap
The inner drum collapsed under its own weight, the M seal and other adhesives could not hold it through. Please suggest a better adhesive and method to do it.
Please help immediately. Which adhesive to use.
There is a problem. I have been able to make most part of the system, except that I am not able to find the parts related to the gas pipes which are particularly mentioned in Step no. 12 (except may be Teflon tap, u-clamps), but not even 2.5 meters pipes. I do not even understand why we need only 2.5 meters x 3 pipes. Is there a place where you can suggest us getting these stuff at one place as I am in a place of Assam, material availability is a bit tough, but I have taken it as a challenge to build it here. Can you help somehow?
No, I meant whether minor errors in calculations would matter a lot or not? Also wanted to ask that in your model, you have only closed two of the guides and not all four of them from top of gas chamber, is it supposed to be closed for all four guides?
I am at present trying to construct one. One thing I am really in doubt is about having exact measurements. Will it work if measurements are not exactly to the point, what is the margin of error?
