Mom's Small Batch Shortbread
The recipe is very easy/ Although I Didn't manage the 325 & 350 degree part they still came out great. Used a knife to score the dough before and immediately out of the oven & pricked with the fork. This cookie roller thing came from the thrift store but I think you could use anything with a pattern (Hello Cookie Season) Cooled on the inside of a paper bag to absorb all that butter juice. Best Shortbread recipe ever!Just a lovely ratio of butter flour and a little sugar. Thanks so much Mom!
