Ible for someday: Boiled Raisin Cake with Caramel Frosting
Just to let you all know:
I got overwhelmed by non-internet events and concerns for a while there, and am returning after an absence of 6 months or so. My apologies to anyone I've inconvenienced//negleted/ignored during my hiatus.
My hope and intention is that I will be actively sticking around for a good long while.

Itty-Bitty Book Light?
(...since it (almost) seems like you aren't really an Intructables member until you've made something using an LED... :)
- get 5 of those little 3-to-4-inch-on-a-side "gift" books. (they're "itty-bitty" books, see?)
- make box/shade like bookcase-made-out-of-books (but much smaller)
- make gooseneck reading lamp like belsey's "can lamp"
=> books should have matching, or at least decent, color covers
=> cover color(s) should be lampshade-appropriate
=> 4 books should be same size; might have to cut 5th (the backplate book) to fit
=> flammability (how cool are LED's, anyway?) paper? glue? bookbinder's glue?
(....would have to break down & buy soldering iron, & remember how to solder...)
