Sounds great :DI also wanted to add reflective strips, but unfortunately my girl has grown out of it (a hard fact when you measure a half-grown pup). And I haven't had the time or materials to make a new one.I can't wait to see what you make of my 'ible :D
I can't really remember how it's done, so I found a recipe on candied orange :)http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/candied-orange-recipe.htmlIn short: you cut the peel/zest to the desired size, blanch it and cook in sugar syrup until translucent. Shouldn't be too hard ;)Oh, and the leftover syrup might have orange taste... oh the possibilities :D
Looking delicius, maybe candied orange zest would be better for looks and flavour? Got to try it out one day :)
