i would just like to thank you for the instructable on how to create a hlds server. I have completed mine and my server is now up and running. I was just wondering how you make another person a admin of your server because i created this server with my brother. Anyways i cant thank you enough so cxan you please reply when you can.

You installed AMX right? If so then you just have to navagate in the AMX files and find users.ini Edit that with notepad and add your brothers steam ID. You can check out the AMX forums for more detail. If you don't have AMX then he will need a password for rcon, I think its called rcon it been a while. Just give him that. If you look around on the internet there are ways you can add that info to your game config file so he wouldn't need to type it all the time. Thx and have fun!

Hi there. I would love to make an Instructable on my gokart but the problem is I don't have any pictures of me assembling it. Good to hear form another ME student. Thanks for checking me out.

hiii perry when i edit the location of the shortcut to HLDS with my new ip its showin that the path is invalid plzz help me

make sure that the quotes, dashes and slashes are in the right place and not missing. Did create the shortcut by right clicking on hlds.exe? If you did this then even if you put the wrong ending it will still work. Try running hlds.exe without the shortcut and make sure it works and is in the right place. Hope that helps.
