Every now and then great results are obtained against all odds. This laserprocessed picture was scanned at 1200 dpi from a wallet sized faded photo, cropped, blown-up 15X and processed on cheap Big Box Store plywood. It has been myexperience that none of those variables are recommended procedures. This is proof that accidents dohappen.
Interesting project... Once you get into it, it becomes apparent that a lot of thought went into developing the original. The parts and assembly are well documented. I used materials that were "on hand" and substituted brass tubing for the wooden dowels, cherry base, etc.
