No. I spent a great summer cycling Texas. Now I'm in Arizona and miss everything but that Tex-mex crap! I did almost stay in Texarkana but the humidity is not in my blood.

I have been as far south as the Yucatan by bus. It was far from a glamorous trip and after eating some perro tacos, that kinda changed my perspective. What I was most amazed with was the types of "local" corn.

I hate to be rude, BECAUSE I LOVE TEXAS, but I hate 2 foods. Fish head soup, menudo, & MOST Mexican foods east of Las Cruces..... I don't get it... BUT ITS DIFFERENT beans, rice, everything!...... it may be from my Califas childhood! I worked on a job with a cat from San Antonio last month. I told him I didn't like Tex-Mex.... His answer? Who the heck eats a fish taco? I said, I had 2 for breakfast!
