I'm an English teacher who got blessed with the opportunity to teach an NCCER Core class as well as inherit some woodworking equipment from our school's former woodshop (has been gone longer than I've been there). My main interest is woodworking on furniture, and I would like to train my students how to make something they can actually sell. My goal is to make our program profitable so we won't rely on school board funds to pay for our program.
