Very helpful post on Sambar Powder. However I feel we can also add little bit of hing to the powder to enhance the flavor & smell? Any thoughts on this?

My mom made this every year from surplus garden tomatoes. It is absolutely delicious. Great anytime, but especially during the holidays for breakfast on hot toast or biscuits. We always put lemon juice and zest in ours as well. I made some last year and it was just as I remembered it as a kid. You've got to try it.
Oh, I like it! Was wondering how to make it. Maybe wouldn't use newspapers but something that doesn't have ink it. Thanks!
How to Make Coconut Milk
I do not find ways to improve my instructable on cooking mutton in a traditional way using earthen pot with tools like mortar and pestle. It has not been featured. Please suggest ways to improve ithttp://www.instructables.com/id/Mutton-Chukka-Cooked-in-an-Earthen-Pot/
I've never heard of this. I'm surprised my grandmothers never made it! Could you suggest what you use this on? More sweet or savory items? Seems sweet with the spices you listed. Thank you for sharing!
Nicely this i'ble didn't go to "Cooking" (I think you should move it, though) so I found it. Probably it will be difficult to get some of the ingredients, but next time I'm near a deli I'll have my buying list ready. Thanks for sharing this :-)
