I am a Christian I came to except the lord in 1995, I am also a graduate of Bemidji State university in Bemidji,MN I was disabled in 1989 in motor vehicle acident at 20 years old. I have lived in most of the western states, and now am trying to visit areas in the East. I hold a bachelors of science in Design Technology. I am always trying to learn new things. I love the lord and all the wonderful and not so wonderful things he has brought into my life, for they have made me a stronger person.

But just one of the invisible particles that are floating in every-day air around us (even one particle of cigarette smoke) can cause a hard drive to crash if it is closed up again and run. This is because the read-write heads float on a microscopic layer of air, rather than actually touching the magnetic media. A dust particle getting into the tiny gap between the head and the disk can cause a hard drive "crash".

That's why hard drives are assembled in clean rooms by people wearing "bunny suits" - remember the old Intel ads a few years ago.
