About
I started looking into Free Energy about 7 years ago. I discovered the reality that cheaper energy than fossil fuels exists. I have an electronics background that started with the Army and the Viet Nam war, and then expanded to teaching basic electronics and troubleshooting. Once you learn to troubleshoot, you can find problems and solutions that exist with almost anything; so I discovered.

Anyway, I chose to experiment with the Joecell. A Joe, in Australia, was working with an electrolysis generator (cell). He used concentric stainless steel tubes to separate hydrogen and oxygen from water, and feed them into his engine as a fuel enhancement. It worked on his non-computerized engine. One day, his vehicle responded with a massive surge of uncontrollable power. To make this story short, his troubleshooting led to the discovery of a different power source being created, or should I say stored, in the cells water. It was a type of electrical power, but not like anything he knew of. It defied the Laws of Physics. He discovered that with the proper cell construction, and magnetic alignment of the tubes, energy was bing attracted and stored in the water; cosmic energy; eather. As I said; to make a long story short.

I experimented with the Joecell; achieved Stage 1, stage 2, and stage 3 storage levels. Stage 1 is electrolysis of hydrogen and oxygen. Stage 2 is temperary breeding or storage of the eather energy. Stage 3 is a continuous breeding or storage of the eather energy. It is Stage 3 that caused Joe's car to accelerate uncontrallable. Actually, there are other factors that also took place, that allowed this to happen. All of the factors, and their unreliability, convinced me that I would better to experiment with the Electrolysis, Stage 1, first; So I did.

For about 6 years now, I have worked with Electrolysis. My troubleshooting abilities helped me unravel several mysteries of understanding the principles and relationships of the components of the HHO Generator (Cell), and how it affects the Internal Combustion Engine. I offer my work "FREE" to the world. I created a website http://hho4free.com and served it up to the web, on my home computer. That in itself is another story.

If you want to see Electrolysis of water in action, visit http://hho4free.com The site is called Hydrogen Electrolysis. I have many videos posted on youtube.

That's a nice looking Joe Cell. You going to make an instructable for it?
