Big Wigs—Cheap, Large Wig T...View Instructable »
I work at a haunted house and decided this would make a great mask for this year. Got a lot of scares and compliments- it worked great, and I already had nearly all the materials. One problem is that it just would not fit well with my glasses, even with foam inserts in a variety of arrangements. But I didn't need to see to scare everyone. ;)
I used the method first to make a mask for a Toriel cosplay. Then, I've been using the foil-tape-mod podge-paint method for a variety of other items, too, not just masks. Thanks for the inspiration.
(Please ignore my ugly glue job with the fabric. I certainly am. )
The family was passed down a lamp they thought was ugly as sin. So I took it and made it into this. The Victorian (?) couple became steampunk dragon hatchers. I used some plastic figurines, jewelry, and air dry clay. It's fragile, but it came out nicely.
