Rain Tarp Design
The truth is NASA faked the moon landing and the only reason they succeeded in deceiving most of the world was thanks to two things more essential to man than oxygen.Duct tape and cable ties.If man does ever make it to the moon it will only be possible with the aid of either duct tape, cable ties, or a combination of the two.The loops are a good idea and anyone who can't grasp the concept after multiple detailed explanations AND photos A: wears Velcro sneakers and B: should not attempt camping or any other form of wilderness survival. With all due respect ditch the loops and use 2 cable ties to position the tarp on the centre tension line, if you are worried about the environmental impact of plastic cable ties you should ditch your tarp and ropes in favour of palm fronds and vines or if you are scared a skink might get caught in one A: animals aren't as stupid as humans and B: you can buy re-usable ones (cable ties not skinks).I live on the eastern coast of Australia so I just use disposable ones (cable ties not skinks) because they simply wash out into the barrier reef with all the sugar cane and banana farm industry fertilisers and pesticides after heavy rain where they pose absolutely no threat to either A: koala bears or B: kangaroos in which with all honesty... If you ever smelt either of them up close you would wonder why anyone would declare them endangered in place of mass culling.Don't forget the duct tape either, great for removing stinging tree nestles or exfoliating dead skin cells from your missus face.
