What a great tut; such a nice change, as a UK resident, to have unambiguous measures from 'cup'. I am far from an expert or seasoned bread baker so, even more important, I found this easy to follow.

As a UK resident, I find this strange to be such a big deal - dry stone walls are just a normal feature, as part of our history and heritage, but good on you to promote the dying craft of a wonderful 'local resources make good' art. :)
Apart from 'cups' instead of proper measurable amounts, it is lovely to recognise the ingredients without having to Google for the UK equivalent! LOL
