I've been a teacher for the last twenty years. I have taught students from K-12 grade but Middle School is my home. I often joke that my brain works likes theirs. My thoughts ping pong around and every class makes me think of my curriculum in new ways. They always keep me on my toes and our labs (some guided by Instructables) help some of our complex ideas stick.
