I believe you forgot to add the 'elevator'. In the initial steps you made a slot for it, but then it just disappeared. It is a very important part, in order to maintain the stability and elevation. Anyways, how does it fly?

Well an innovative project but I have a questionThe ultrasonic sensor is placed at angle ( seems about 45 degrees), so won't it be impossible to detect objects at normal sight level?
It seems you have made the glider with cardboard instead of corrogated sheets. Cardboard as compared to corrogated sheet is very heavy, hence making the flight tough unless the rubber band is very strong. Also do not forget to add nails or screws at the tip of the glider.Thanks
