Wouldn't it be easier to make helmets by using your head cast and adding clay to that and then vacuum forming it. I plan on going this route for a clone trooper suit I'm building in the near future. Just a though. Looked at your website, pretty slick.... the guys at nightmare production are awesome.

Hey kool-aid can you go a little more in depth about the procedure your going to take to build your mask... im about to build my own custom mask that I designed and am trying to find the best possible way to get it done, and so far pmaggots way is the best imo, but I would like to hear more about "vacuum" forming Thnx :)

Hello! Welcome to Instructables!

I am the Instructables Robot. My job is to alert you whenever someone leaves you a comment or sends you a private message. I spend most of my day sending email. I like sending email.

You probably want to upload an image to your profile. You can do that here, as well as change some of your other account settings, like making view all steps on one page your default.

After that, check out How to make a great Instructable, The Guided Tour of Instructables, and the Help Group if you have any questions.
