try looking at the other bike you may have something wrong that happened while moving the motor i had the same problem
This is definitely one of the best wooden swords on this site. Just a little more shaping on the blade and definitely sanding on the blade is needed. Have thought about staining and/or clearcoating this?
Do you have a ohm meter to check for ground? What type of metal was the old bike? What type new Bike? check both at the same place, may just be a difference in material. Should show continuity. The meter that Harbor Freight is good and cheap. Hope this helps.

I have a problem any feedback will help ok I installed this 80cc motor on my mountain bike. Witch has no paint on it ok.. ran fine I decided that I wanted to put it on a cruzer .i did just that it has paint .ok so I sanded a spot and grounded it to the frame since the other frame had no paint an was grounded .the motor will not start ..and all I did was switch frames and added old inter tube for vibration to dampen it ... I took the ground off still nothing grounded it back won't start .it's got spark it's getting fuel has good compression. .and ll I did was switch the frames what would keep the engine from running I can't figure it out so any feed back will help .thank you .
