Hobart.... where there's plenty of wind... and you?
It's my belief that the vawt design you've come up with is not too far off the holy grail of this business, ie getting a very cheap, very workable and quiet residential wind turbine up and running. One that could generate 4+kw/day, which would be good enough to run most houses in most countries.
