Simple Signet Ring
ABS isn't is never used for gas tanks. It would always be a Poly (PTFE 'Teflon' or PET-G less common chemically inert plastic because ABS doesn't do well with long term UV exposure and dries out cracking and breaking down over time) based plastic not styrene.
As someone who works with plastics for a living a 3d print shop I can tell you (as we have done it) with nothing more then heat print a gas tank, the key is the type of plastic used such as PET-G is a chemically resistant high temp plastic that will withstand gasoline and while technically requires around 240c to melt is still just heat no curing. This looks like a two part thermal formed gas tank probably made of PTFE (and can be bought in a sheet and then melted together hell it can even be printed if it was spooled if you had a printer that could hit the 320+C or just put that heat gun on it for a while it would soften around half that). But you are right that a curing 2 part plastic resin might be a better idea.
Information is never too much it's good to point it out but overall this was a clever idea to repair something by using a method that assuming the plastic you used as the patch is resistant as I believe it's probably made from PT and should be safe and chemically inert enough to hold gas after all the isopropyl alcohol is probably more abrasive we work with 99% pure polypropylene and that stuff will melt through paint, the bottles that it's in even at that purity are no different so hopefully your thermal layered patch lets call it should last you a few good years of service.
Kassandra does wear it well wish she wasn't so afraid to smile. Staff looks great moving neat how it spins two different ways to give it the same appeal as the game.

'Stormtrooper' armor, and vacuum formed armors for the stuns so they could easily make a large amount in a small amount of time though no two were identical due to deformations breaks repairs and such. 'Clone Troopers' were created in CGI and never ever made real until the 501st and Rebel legion along with talented crafters made them so.

Mask of Darth Nihilus - Star Wars
Looks cool and what not, one thing you could add is Nihilus has a black face with all the features of a face under his mask. Making it as one mask rather then a two part or a face paint over with contacts would up the game a bit.

No issues here so long as no one gets hurt he's fine to fly and drop but I would be careful it's no joke about the FBI and Homeland security checking in on you. Friend of mine runs a print shop and has had more than a few calls from the FBI due to the materials he buys for the DLP printers. But long as you aren't doing anything wrong or flying over a national park you're pretty much okay. Sec. 91.15 — Dropping objects. No pilot in command of a civil aircraft may allow any object to be dropped from that aircraft in flight that creates a hazard to persons or property. However, this section does not prohibit the dropping of any object if reasonable precautions are taken to avoid injury or damage to persons or property.

Bind a Book in Tooled Leather
Agreed, might be a good alternative to cable controlled.
Bike wheel induction safety light
You could use paraffin wax on the tubes to give them the look of real candles rather then glue bit more delicate unless the tunes where filed with a hard foam. But using real eax would be purely cosmetic. In the first movie they did use real candles for the scene hung on wires but dye to safety concerns in later movies replaced them with cgi. Also i think they had to use wires on top abs bottom but 3 string over 2 harnessing would keep your candles floating straight.
