Good post. Been doing this for years except I don't have a dehydrator. I string mine up the old fashioned way using a needle through the stem and hanging them in a window facing the sun.For those reading this, if you want a hotter pepper flavor, which I usually do, just leave in the seeds. But I like it hot!
Love the simplicity of it. I'm making my own protein powder now and was looking for a way to mix it up thoroughly. This just might be the trick. Thanks.
