TARDIS toilets Answered

There is a company in the Uk called Tardis Environmental UK, trading as "Tardishire"
They use a red TARDIS image (probably without permission) - imagine your disappointment using one of their toilets? or not?!

I might be disappointed USING the toilet, but I'd still get a great kick out of tipping it over!

Mmm - I wonder whether The Doctor has ever returned to find his TARDIS tipped over with a stream of effluent leaking out the door? L

From my experience, toilets in general can only move you forward in time, and not back (unless someone has left their 10 year old magazines in there, then they can send you back temporarily ;-)

Yep, reading old magazines takes you back and sitting too long and just thinking can "move you forward" (and no, I am NOT making a sick joke about bowels; I mean, the time can pass and suddenly you hadn't realized how long you'd been in there - until someone else yells: HEY ! what ARE you doing in there?)

LOL

If it's just a red phone box, I doubt there are "permission" issues, at least not from the Dr. Who people- the TARDIS is just an old-school police phone box. I wonder about the name, however, but again you can probably argue that's entered the mainstream language as a synonym for "deceptively spacious" or something.
