I think the original MintyBoost instructable is still the one I would rank at the very top in terms of pure quality of the Instructable.

It's a very simple gadget, but it is really well documented, and takes you through all the steps of the design process, from identifying the problem, finding a promising solution, designing the circuit, deciding which parts to pick, to how to turn this idea into a kit you can sell.

A rare and extremely well illustrated view behind the scenes from a professional designer/engineer.

That is relative really. Best? Best quality? best in usefullniss ? But use is relative....I would have to vote for the Instructables Site itself as the best, and leave it at that.

I don't think mine are THE best, but they are the best I can do with what I have at the moment ;-)

I feel that all of my projects are the best. Because they are my work, built with my own hands, thought of with my own brain... that is why I think they are the best. Nothing is better than your own work.

Hmmm difficult, I'm going to do a quick chart of instructables by certain things

Led throwies is the most viewed here
Invisible book shelf is the highest rated here
laser flashlight hack appeared near the top of the other two and is the top of zeitgeist at the time of writing.

I still think that none of them are the best intstructable, I mean there are a lot of less popular but better written instructables out there, it all depends on who's reading.
