How do you keep the bottle cap from warping on the sides? I.e., it seems like you would not be able to screw it back on the bottle?

Fill in sand or gravel - dumbbell. 20 kg bag of sand 2,50 €, I used old bag and an old basketball (weighs now 11kg). Complete set of training equipment. Can be improved by handles made of duct tape.
