Intro: Binary Clock

I always want to have binary clock,so I made one and works great,I love it this clock is fun too watch.
The heart of clock is microcontroler PIC16F84A and other parts like crystal,LEDs.

really nice looking but... this doesnt teach us to do or make anything. i personally would really like to make a binary lock but this just got my hopes up. maybe a quick step by step please?
