Intro: Creamy Pasta in Milk Peppery Sauce

-We all love pasta. This creamy pasta what i tried is prepared with very few ingredients in just 15 minutes without cheese.

Ingredients:

-1 cup pasta

-1 and half cup milk

-1and half tbsp all purpose flour

-salt

-pepper

-Italian seasoning( Dried herbs (oregano,basil,thyme,rosemary,bay leaf) in powdered form)

-oil

-diced onions

-Ginger garlic paste

STEP 1: Procedure:

Boiling pasta:

-Take a vessel and add 2 cups of water and bring to boil. Add pasta and cook until its done.

-strain the water and keep pasta aside

STEP 2: Adding Ingredients to Milk:

Take milk and add italian seasoning which includes (dried herbs oregano,basil,thyme,rosemary in powdered form) and pepper.

STEP 3: Add Remaining Ingredients to Milk:

-Add salt ,1 and half tbsp All purpose flour and mix well.

STEP 4: Next Step:

-Heat oil in vessel and add onions,ginger garlic paste.

STEP 5: Add Milk Pepper Mixture:

-when onions turn slightly brown add prepared milk pepper mixture .

STEP 6: Add Pasta:

-once it comes to boil add pasta and mix well.

-You get a creamy pasta which is prepared without adding any cheese .

-serve hot :)
