Intro: Homemade Rice Flour

- Rice flour can be prepared very easily by following few easy steps.

- This can be further used in preparing various snacks and various dishes.

Ingredients:

-Raw rice

-seiving mesh

STEP 1: Procedure:

-soak the raw rice in water for atleast 1hour

-Drain the water from rice and dry the rice on cloth for 3 to 4 hours.

STEP 2: Blend the Rice:

-When their is little moisture transfer the rice to blender and blend until powdered.

-sieve it until you get rava like mixture on mesh.

-Transfer remaining rice in to blender and blend.Repeat same process.

STEP 3: Dry Roast the Flour:

-Dry roast the sieved flour for few minutes .

-cool down and store in airtight container

why do you soak the rice first? Especially if you are going to turn around and let it dry.
