Intro: How to Get to Bed Easily

OK peoples of earth (and anywhere else you might come from) this is my plan on how to get to sleep easily for  a day of school the next day. hope it works 
enjoy
First i would suggest you get into your pajamas (some may call them p.j's) and make  your shoes are off. 
Second i would put some liquidized lavender on your face (only a splash).
Third of all i would get some milk (in a cup) and put in the microwave then put on for 30 seconds if its still not warm then put it in for an extra 20 seconds and keep on repeating that until its warm then when it is warm drink it.  
 Then go to your bedroom and puff up your doona until its skwishy  
then get into bed and try your best to fall asleep 
p.s the bed on the screen below is not mine i just got it off the internet.
p.s.s  liquidized lavender is stuff you can get at the local chemist or you can get the really expensive stuff in France but you probably couldn't get that

Thanks for sharing! My son says chamomile essential oil works great for him. He puts one drop under his tongue and he is off to sleep.

@ jediwhiz3 Liquidized lavender is Lavender Essential Oil. Glad to hear dark shadows that you have put so much effort in.

Sadly I get bloating from warm milk. :(
that's to bad you could probably skip that if you had to and liquidized lavender is stuff you can get at the local chemist or you can get the really expensive stuff in France but you probably couldn't get that
