STEP 1: Preheat

Preheat the oven to 350oC.

STEP 2: Beat Eggs

Beat the 4 eggs with a fork in your small bowl, until the are all mixed.

STEP 3: Mix

Put all of the ingredients together in the big mixing bowl, (including the 4 beaten eggs) except for the chocolate chips, smarties, icing and margarine.

STEP 4: Beat Ingredients

Beat together (with stand mixer) the ingredients for 4 minutes on slow speed for the first 30 seconds, and the rest of the time keep the speed at medium.

STEP 5: Fold

Now put the chocolate chips into the bowl, and mix them until they are mixed with batter.

STEP 6: Spread

Spread the margarine to cover the bundt pan, then sprinkle a small amount of flour overtop, so the batter doesn't stick to the pan when it comes out of the oven.

STEP 7: From the Batter to the Pan

Scrape the batter into the pan using the spatula.

STEP 8: Bake

Bake on the middle rack at 350oC for 50-60 minutes (or use toothpick to see if it comes out clean).

STEP 9: Let Cake Cool

Let the cake cool in pan for 15 minutes. Then turn out onto your serving plate.

STEP 10: Make the Icing

Put the icing and smarties into a bowl, and heat them in the microwave for 15 seconds.

STEP 11: Spread the Icing

Drizzle the icing back and fourth, (from centre to outside) on the outside of the cake.

STEP 12: Conclusion

Now you should have a Chocolate Bundt Cake sitting in front of you and ready to eat. Enjoy!

That is one chocolate-y cake! I Like the smarties on top - gives it an extra festive look. I hope you did not let the frosting that dripped onto the counter go to waste :)

I was thinking the same thing about the frosting on the counter! Somebody surely licked that up. I would have.
