4. Small flat head screw driver
STEP 1: STEP: 1
Beginning this project you'll need to remove the tweezer and tooth pick from the knife.
Then insert a flat head screw driver into the opening where the tweezers or tooth pick goes. (This will be the back of the knife.) Carefully use your screw driver as a lever and push down on it; in turn this will "pry" the handle from the knife.
Only pry one side of your knife handle and leave the other handle intact.

STEP 2: STEP: 2
Now that you have removed one of the handles from the knife, run a dab of hot glue along the edges of the handle then place it on the thumb drive. Then hot glue your next handle on the opposite side of the thumb drive. This will sandwich the thumb drive between the two handles.
Be sure that you don't glue the guts of the knife together.

STEP 3: STEP: 3 Final Step
Now you have a portable USB thumb drive pocket knife, which you can take with you where ever you go.
Bellow this is what the finished project should look like.
Hope you enjoyed this instructables!

Usually they are just USB drive that look like something else, but have no real use outside their USB drive, like what Butch is talking about.

Also, I'm not sure that hot-glue would do well keeping it together. And lastly, I'm afraid the USB stick might not be up to handeling the punishment if you use the knife on a regular basis.
Some edge-on pics would be nice. And a coupleof the ends too. They'd give us a better idea of it's sturdyness and presentability. If it looks ugly edge on, what's the point?

What would be good to do is offer larger drives every year that you could swap out the smaller one for, 'cause you know how quickly USB drives become useless.
