Thank you for the clarification on "curd"
I was confused also about this ingredient.
My first thought was cheese curds?
Wishing you all the best!
You probably intended this to be a vegetarian treat, but I can't help but think it would be very tasty with a bit of browned ground beef or sausage, or just some bacon bits added. I suppose you could really use anything inside. They look like they would be great as you made them also, of course!
Thanks for your comment farna. Iam vegeterian therefore used veg stuffing. You can add any filling of your choice:)
Thank you Lavibake house:) please try them.

Is the "curd" you mention the same thing as what we call "yogurt" in USA english? Thanks! (these look really great by the way. Thanks for posting!)
