Intro: Vegan Chocolate Peanutbutter Ice Cream

This Instructable shows step by step how to beat the heat with a cool healthy bowl of homemade Ice Cream.

Ingredients:
-2 Frozen Bananas
-2 tablespoons of Raw Cocoa Powder
-2 tablespoons of Organic Peanut Butter
-Hand full of almonds
-Vitamix/Blender

This Recipe makes one serving.

STEP 1: Banana Preparation

Cut bananas in half and insert inside air tight zip lock bag.
Then freeze for 4 hours or over night.

STEP 2: Gathering Ingredients

Take your bananas out of the freezer and gather the remaining ingredients.

STEP 3:

Add Ingredients into your blender as shown.
Secure lid on Vitamix/Blender and break up the bananas before fully blending together.

STEP 4:

Grab a bowl or cone and enjoy your delicious healthy frozen treat!

Feel free to add ingredients as desired. Just watch out for the water content as the ice cream may water down. I suggest sticking to dry ingredients such as grahm crackers.
