Takesomebit holders,placethem togetherand youcangetalot deeperscrew.

I think it would be just as cost-effective to use a bit extender, no?

I think this is probably a good example of using what's on hand. If you have these and no bit extender, this is a way to avoid coughing up for an unnecessary piece of kit.
