Clumsy Carpenter 2021 Halloween costume

Supplies

To make this costume I used:

  • Helmet (hard hat)
  • Old cutting disc
  • Fake blood
  • Hot glue
  • Grinder

Step 1: Prepare Helmet

On the helmet draw a straight line and remove straps. Use grinder to cut the hole, make sure hole is not longer than disc diameter.

Step 2: Prepare Cutting Disc

Slide the disc into the hole and use the marker to draw the shape of the helmet on the disc. Add another 10mm and draw the line of cut. Use the grinder to cut the disc.

Step 3: Join

Insert the disc and use hot glue gun to secure it into position. Put the straps back.

Step 4: Fake Blood and Final Touch Up

Use the fake blood for more spooky effect.
