Introduction: Recolector De Piezas Con Una Aspiradora / Vacuum Collector
ESPAÑOL
Este recolector lo fabrique por la necesidad de limpiar la plataforma de mi cortadora láser CNC peo al mismo tiempo recolectar las piezas útiles. Tambien puede ulilizarse para recoger pequeñas piezas como merceria, dulces, legos etc. de una manera facil y rapida.
Materiales:
1 Botella de Soda pequeña
1 Colador para fregadero (asegurese que el diametro del colador sea inferior al diametro de la botella)
1 Pegamento
Herramientas
1 Xacto o cuchilla
1 Aspiradora con manguera de 1"
1. CORTAR LA BOTELLA
Corte la botella aproximadamente 2 cms sobre la base (asegurese que el diametro del colador sea inferior al diametro de la botella)
2. PEGAR EL COLADOR
Pegue el colador con silicona lo mas arriba posible en la botella y espere a que seque.
Note que el espacio que quede entre la base y el colador será la cámara de recolección.
3. COMIENCE A RECOLECTAR
Conecte boca de rosca de la botella con la manguera de la aspiradora (si la manguera es mas ancha puede usar un reductor)
Encienda la aspiradora, recolecte y apague la aspiradora cuando la cámara de recolección este llena.
Recuerde posicionar el recolector sobre un contenedor antes de apagar la aspiradora.

I Made this collector by the necessity to clean the platform of my cutting laser CNC at the same time to collect the useful pieces. Also it can be used to pick up small pieces like buttons, candies or LEGOs fast and easy.
Materials:
1 Small Soda water Bottle
1 Sink Strainer (makes sure that the diameter of the strainer is less to the diameter of the bottle)
1 Silicone Glue
Tools:
1 Xacto or blade
1 Vacuum cleaner with hose of 1”
1. CUT THE BOTTLE
Cuts bottle approximately 1” to the base (make sure that the diameter of the strainer is less to the diameter of the bottle)
2. STICK THE STRAINER
Sticks the strainer with silicone and wait to dries.
It notices that the space that is between the base and the strainer will be the harvesting chamber.
3. START COLLECT
Connect the bottle with the hose of the vacuum cleaner
Start the vacuum, collect and turn off vacuum when harvesting chamber is full.
Remember to position the collector over a container before turn off the vacuum cleaner.
